update

Sorry to have neglected blog.
A's back in school, loves her teacher. Loves having Mondays off but hates the long days. I hope this schedule change saves the district money b/c it has been a hardship for a lot of parents.

Had a scare the other day. A got bit by a kitten while trying to catch it. Then it died the next day.
Took it to have it tested for rabies because it had not been vaccinated. It took 36 hrs to get the results back, pretty scary. Test was negative, thank you God. Still don't know what is killing our kittens. It seems like they get a certain age and their health just fades away.

I love fall. It seems like there is so much going on and the weather this year is great. Looking forward to an awesome foliage show.

Like the ice storm of 2000?

Hope this storm doesn't cause our electricity to go out. So far so good.
